Momma Donna (Donna Elaine Mitchell) is a dynamic force in the music industry and the visionary of DE Music Boutique also known as Bookings by Momma Donna. With over 20 years of experience in property management and a lifelong passion for music, she has successfully merged business expertise with creative vision to build a platform dedicated to developing and elevating artists.

Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Donna’s love for music was evident from an early age. Inspired by legendary artists like Whitney Houston, CeCe Peniston, and Anita Baker, she became known in her community as the go-to DJ, always introducing the latest sounds and trends. Her early involvement in the Greenview Foundation for Kids helped shape her confidence, creativity, and sense of purpose.

In 2018, Donna turned her passion into purpose by launching DE Music Management. Since then, she has worn many hats in the industry, including artist manager, booking agent, publicist, and creative director. She has worked with a diverse range of talent, helping emerging and established artists navigate the business side of music while building their brands and securing performance opportunities.

As a dedicated advocate for artists, Momma Donna specializes in artist development, live performance bookings, consulting, and event production. She is especially passionate about creating opportunities for independent artists to gain exposure and perform on larger platforms.

Among her proudest roles is managing her son, rising hip-hop artist Blu Rarri, guiding his career with both professional expertise and a mother’s unwavering support.

A graduate of the University of South Carolina with a degree in Business and Marketing, Donna combines education, experience, and heart in everything she does. Her mission is clear: to empower artists, open doors, and create lasting impact in the music industry.
